Isshin Sumeragi (一心スメラギ, Isshin Sumeragi) is a character from Code Geass: Shikkoku no Renya and a member of the Sumeragi clan. He is the leader of a mercenary band from Kyōto who were hired by the Portuguese Jesuits to raid the village and find Carla. He seems to scar his own body when he kills a worthy opponent to him. He also seems to have a tough body, since he survived from a sakuradite explosion. He is killed by Renya, following the failure of his contract.

Character history Edit

Isshin Sumeragi appears in the hidden village and wages an attack on it in search of Claire le Britannia, the heir to Britannia. He is met with the Village Instructor who sacrifices himself in order to kill Isshin, to no avail. Later, after Renya's contract fails, he fights with Renya, managing to sever his left arm only to find out that it's a mechanical one.

After that, Renya's arm regrows as a cursed arm and sucks the life out of Isshin.

His corpse is later seen at the Jesuit base, which angers his subordinates.
