Alicia Lohmeyer (アリシア ローマイヤー, Arishia Rōmaiya) is an aide and advisor assigned by the Holy Britannian Empire to observe Nunnally upon her appointment as the new Viceroy of Area 11.

Character OutlineEdit

The quintessential Britannian, she regards Nunnally's pro-Eleven political stance with frigid opposition, but dutifully obeys regardless. However, she is willing to tell Nunally her opinion regardless of what Nunally has said as long as it is for the better of Britannia. Despite the fact that she is supposed to be Nunnally's aid, Nunnally does not trust her. Aware of the fact that Alicia Lohmeyer would find any chance to seize power and would make living conditions worse for Elevens should Nunnally let her guard down. Alicia would also not hesitate to abuse Nunnally's authority behind her back, evident when Alicia ordered Kallen's execution despite the fact that Nunnally would be completely against such a thing. As a Britannian, she also shows very little respect for Suzaku, despite the fact that he was the Knight of Seven at the time.

Second SeasonEdit

She makes her first appearance after Nunnally is sworn in as Viceroy of Area 11 as her aide and advisor. When Zero engineers the exile of one million Japanese during a second attempt at forming the Special Administrative Zone of Japan, she nearly starts a second massacre by firing upon the crowd. Suzaku disarms her to prevent it from happening again. She becomes more resentful as Nunnally begins to assert herself in the workings of the government, and even orders Kallen's execution

(which is derailed by Sayoko) while Nunnally is being evacuated from the second battle of Tokyo. But Alicia dies when the decoy ship she entered is consumed in the blast from the F.L.E.I.J.A. bomb, killing her and the other occupants.

• Her name and character design are direct references to Miss Rottenmeier (ミス・ロッテンマイヤー, Misu Rottenmaiyā), a character from Nippon Animation's popular anime series Heidi, Girl of the Alps (アルプスの少女ハイジ, Arupusu no Shōjo Haiji).
• She resembles Shirin Bakhtiar from Gundam 00
